About the role:

The People Insights manager will drive the pro-active generation of Insights for the Function and wider business. Ensuring the through combining robust analytics with efficient presentation and interpretation of data in line with our standard processes and playbooks, helping to improve overall our HR operational efficiency to a level of excellence. The role reports to the Head of People Insights.

What You will do:

  • Lead on the creation of standard Insight packs, supporting key areas such as Talent, engagement and retention.
  • Ensure the team are in line with the business cadence, collecting, analysing and interpret HR talent data from various sources, maximising the capability of our digital systems
  • Develop and maintain talent and leadership information to provide quality and presentable playbook data to our partnering teams including succession plan statistics, trends and data and talent card information
  • Working closely across the People Insights team to ensure their data accuracy and maintenance is in place
  • Identify trends and statistics to provide actionable insights to the business, including recommendations for development and spotlight programmes
  • Lead on key insights related to Performance Management cycle through provision of data representative of organisation and functional structures in preparation for calibration sessions and provide distribution statistics
  • Proactively working with our businesses and HR function to develop Strategic Workforce Planning and capability processes
  • Establish and maintain data quality, governance, and security frameworks.
  • Problem solving: Ability to take a specific problem or idea, and develop a compelling analysis and provision of data to support actions being taking.
  • Ability to work with Stakeholders on a topic and develop outcomes from an initial concept.

What You will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce planning, or related HR data functions in large, complex organizations.
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-impact analytics teams and driving strategic business outcomes, across a large Global company.
  • Expertise in data visualisation (e.g., Power BI,) statistical tools and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday).
  • Deep understanding of HR functional areas, People related data and business strategy alignment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
