Your Role: Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Specialist who will take charge of the planning, activation, and execution of digital communication in Poland. You will serve as the crucial link between TCL's innovative products and Polish consumers in the online/ digital ecosystem, and with key retail partners.

Key Responsibilities
:

Digital Strategy & E-commerce

● Preparing comprehensive communication plans and digital marketing campaigns that supports Consumer Buying Path, drive Brand Awareness and sales in Consumer Electronics category.

● Developing and implementing online communication plans in collaboration with key retailers (E-commerce/Online Trade Marketing) to maximize omnichannel from online product visibility to sales conversion.

● Identifying and monitoring key KPIs in digital marketing and e-commerce (e.g., ROAS, AOV, CTR, CR).

Reporting and Performance Analysis

● Reporting on digital activities, media campaigns, e-commerce results, and KPIs on a regular cycle (weekly/monthly).

● Analyzing data from analytical tools (GA4, Looker) and preparing summaries and recommendations for future actions.

Campaign Management

● Coordinating digital campaigns within the Google ecosystem (PMAX, GDN, Demand Gen, SEO/SEM).

● Coordinating Content Marketing activities and execution of campaigns with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders).

Owned Brand Channels

● Managing the brand's social media channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), including content supervision and paid execution.

● Coordinating website updates, content localization, and maintenance in close collaboration with the Central Headquarters (HQ).

The Ideal Candidate – Requirements:

We are looking for an expert with strategic knowledge confirmed by practical experience:

Experience

● Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in a similar role, gained either client-side, in a digital agency, or media house – a strong familiarity with the Consumer Electronics and New Technologies market is preferred.

Analytics and Optimization

● Fluent knowledge of analytical tools, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta – the ability to draw conclusions and optimize actions based on data is essential.

● Deep understanding and ability to communicate KPIs within the E-commerce Marketing domain.

Digital Technologies

● Expert knowledge of social media management principles and the latest algorithms of key platforms: Meta, TikTok, and Google, YouTube.


International Communication

● Very good command of the English language (a mandatory requirement for daily and effective cooperation with HQ).
