About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Pricing Champion / Specialist
to join our commercial team. In this position, you will play a key role in shaping and maintaining the company's pricing strategy by implementing price lists from multiple suppliers, managing customer discount structures, and ensuring pricing consistency across our sales channels. Your work will directly contribute to
margin growth, pricing efficiency, and market competitiveness
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain price lists from multiple suppliers in company systems (CRM / ERP)
  • Develop, set up, and manage discount grids for distribution and OEM customers
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and customer service teams to establish and adjust market-aligned pricing
  • Conduct price analyses across product categories to identify opportunities for optimization and margin improvement
  • Support the creation and execution of pricing strategies aimed at effective price increases and profit margin growth
  • Continuously monitor and analyze product and group-level profitability to ensure sustainable pricing performance.
  • Oversee the implementation of updated prices in CRM and ERP systems with high data accuracy
  • Perform competitive price analysis and report findings to management.
  • Communicate internally regarding pricing changes, their effectiveness, and business impact

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in pricing, sales operations, finance, or a related analytical role (experience in manufacturing or distribution is an asset)
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with CRM / ERP systems (experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar is a plus)
  • Understanding of pricing structures, margin analysis, and discount models
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • English proficiency (both written and spoken)
