Icotera is looking for HR Operations Specialist for our polish entity in a newly created position in our HR team located in Szczecin.

As HR Operations Specialist you will be responsible for maintaining operational duties in HR area in Poland with main focus on day-to-day execution as well as overall employee motivation and administrative tasks. You will become part of an international department with colleagues in both Poland and Denmark. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in HR, labor law and high organizational skills to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Higher education in HR or relevant experience for the role, including in an advisory and supportive capacity for line managers
  • Experience in managing HR processes
  • Knowledge of Labor Code, civil law issues in relation to HR matters
  • Basic knowledge of payroll and tax law
  • Experience in working in MS Office environment
  • Strong collaboration skills from a supporting role between all departments
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
  • High communication skills (both verbal and written in English)

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining recruitment and hiring processes
  • Sustain overall HR processes in the organization on operational level: onboarding, offboarding
  • Maintain oversight over running projects executed by HR department
  • Nurturing positive work environment
  • Handling workplace disciplinary and termination procedures
  • Overseeing HR budget, coordination of the monthly salary payment process and benefits in cooperation with an external provider
  • Updating company policies and ensuring company policies awareness
  • Ensuring legal compliance
  • Supervising the salary review process, ESAT and career promotions
  • Maintaining contact with contractors and suppliers, approving invoices in the system
  • Monitoring HR system
