Your Daily Tasks May Include

  • delivering operational support to employees, managers and other clients and stakeholders within his/her area of HR administration, payroll
  • being responsible for executing processes and monitoring status as per HR policies, especially preparing the monthly payroll cycle, administering benefits, registering foreigners
  • answering employees' and managers' operational queries and questions regarding HR processes and practices, systems within agreed SLA timelines and quality standards
  • being a member of or leading HR initiatives and projects by acting as an expert in his/her domain or assigned tasks within HR Services
  • having sound and deep theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the given HR Services domain (payroll, foreigners and expats, HR administration).

You Are a Good Match If You Have

  • university degree - HR Management faculty preferable
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • good theoretical and practical knowledge of the given HR area
  • good communication, customer orientation and stakeholders' management skills
  • have already successful record of taking initiative and implementing process or system improvement
  • ability to see cross domain interdependencies.
