Twoje zadania:

  • Doradztwo dla klientów z sektora ubezpieczeniowego w zakresie transformacji cyfrowej, modernizacji systemów core'owych oraz optymalizacji procesów operacyjnych.
  • Projektowanie i wdrażanie rozwiązań zwiększających efektywność operacyjną, elastyczność organizacyjną oraz jakość doświadczeń klientów.
  • Zarządzanie strumieniami projektowymi oraz prowadzenie warsztatów z klientami w obszarze różnorodnych inicjatyw transformacyjnych.
  • Ścisła współpraca z zespołami wewnętrznymi (np. IT, operacje) oraz zewnętrznymi dostawcami przy realizacji projektów.
  • Zapewnienie płynnej integracji podstawowych systemów ubezpieczeniowych z innymi aplikacjami i platformami.

Twój profil:

  • Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego oraz niemieckiego.
  • Kilkuletnie doświadczenie w doradztwie strategicznym lub operacyjnym w sektorze ubezpieczeniowym.
  • Dogłębna znajomość kluczowych procesów ubezpieczeniowych oraz systemów IT wspierających ich realizację.
  • Doświadczenie w realizacji projektów transformacyjnych lub programów modernizacji organizacji.
  • Dobre zrozumienie architektury IT i biznesowej w kontekście funkcjonowania firm ubezpieczeniowych.
  • Gotowość do podróży służbowych na terenie Europy – w zależności od potrzeb projektowych
