Team Leader with German
to join their functional support team in Warsaw. This is your opportunity to shape processes, empower people, and drive excellence in the
retail banking
sector.

Your Role

As a Team Leader, you will:

  • Lead and motivate
    a team of 10–15 professionals supporting German-speaking stakeholders.
  • Drive operational excellence
    by troubleshooting complex cases and guiding your team through challenges.
  • Design and implement improvements
    to processes, SOPs, and strategies that enhance efficiency.
  • Analyze KPIs
    to identify trends and optimize performance.
  • Act as the
    main point of contact
    for business partners and senior management.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum
    1 year of experience
    as a Team Leader.
  • Fluent English and German
    (B2/C1).
  • Solid knowledge of
    banking products
    (experience in back office, AML, or KYC is a plus).
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
