Role summaryWe are seeking a Team Leader with German to join our team that cooperates with the German Value and Risk Advisory team (real estate valuation services). The Team Leader takes on the responsibility of ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high operational standards. The ideal candidate will foster an environment built on ethical standards, high performance, and collaborative teamwork, while delivering mentorship and leadership support to their team members. Additionally the Team Leader will build strong relationships with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. If you have a passion for driving operational excellence, we want to hear from you.Duties and Responsibilities· Team Management: Provide effective leadership and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth, productivity, and innovation. Motivate the team to achieve both individual and collective goals.· Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders (Value and Risk Advisory Germany), and other teams. Proactively address any issues, concerns, or escalations, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful collaboration.· Performance Management: Regularly monitor and evaluate team member performance providing timely feedback, coaching, and mentoring (quarterly reviews, appraisals, 1-1 coaching sessions). Identify training needs and coordinate professional development plans to enhance the team's skills and capabilities. Preparing timesheets for the team.· Goal Setting and Planning: Collaborate with the team to establish clear objectives, performance targets, and strategies. Develop a robust activity plan that aligns with organizational goals and ensures optimal utilization of team resources.· Collaboration and Communication: Facilitate open and effective communication within the team and across departments. Promote knowledge sharing and foster a collaborative and inclusive work culture. Collaboration with the stakeholders.· Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement, streamlining workflows, and enhancing team efficiency. Implement best practices and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.· Reporting and Analysis: Collect, analyze, and develop data-driven reports on team performance, productivity, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify trends, highlight areas of improvement, and present insights to senior management.· Resource Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders and senior management in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members. Efficiently manage resources and delegate responsibilities to ensure optimized work allocation.Qualifications and RequirementsVery good communication skills in the German language are required (C1)Good knowledge of English (B2)At least 2 years of experience in a similar positionDeveloped interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationshipsShould be proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and WordGood interpersonal skills to manage diverse range of stakeholdersWell-organised, have an eye for detail and demonstrate a strong "Can-Do" attitudeThe following skills will impact your application positively, but are not a must:Administration or financial backgroundAdvanced Excel and basic VBA skillsPrevious working experience in the real estate or BPO industryLocation: On-site –Warsaw, POLIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.
