  • niasamodzielne prowadzenie rekrutacji end-to-end na stanowiska techniczne (DevOps, Fullstack, Backend Python etc) w całej Pols
  • ce,współpraca z hiring managerami i zespołami technicznymi – rozumieniem ich potrzeb i doprecyzowaniem profi
  • lu,tworzenie ogłoszeń, sourcing kandydatów, prowadzenie wstępnych rozmów techniczny
