zadania

  • definiowanie strategii dla powierzonego portfolio, zgodnie z celami firmy,
  • opracowywanie i rygorystyczne monitorowanie budżetu zakupowego,
  • analizowanie danych sprzedażowych w celu tworzenia wiarygodnych prognoz zakupowych,
  • prowadzenie sourcingu, ewaluacji i selekcji dostawców,
  • przeprowadzanie negocjacji kontraktowych i rocznych w celu wzmocnienia długoterminowych partnerstw,
  • bieżące monitorowanie rynków w celu identyfikacji możliwości i ryzyka,
  • zarządzanie całym cyklem zamówień, od złożenia do fakturowania,
  • sprawdzanie zgodności dostaw, zarządzanie sporami oraz kontrola poziomu zapasów,
  • identyfikowanie i wdrażanie działań usprawniających procesy zakupowe,
  • aktywne uczestnictwo w strategii CSR poprzez zrównoważone działania zakupowe.

oczekujemy

  • wykształcenie wyższe w kierunku zarządzania łańcuchem dostaw
  • co najmniej 5 lat doświadczenia w obszarze zakupów i prognozowania sprzedaży,
  • biegła znajomość
    języka francuskiego
    , język angielski na poziomie min. B2,
  • biegła znajomość pakietu Microsoft Office, ze szczególnym naciskiem na Excel,
  • dbałość o jakość pracy, dobra organizacja, dyplomacja,
  • doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne ze wszystkimi interesariuszami oraz samodzielność.
