OTC Junior Specialist/Specialist with Swedish

For one of our clients, a global and fast-growing Shared Service Center located in
Gdańsk
, we are looking for candidates who speak
Swedish
and want to develop their skills in an international environment.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Allocate funds and ensure timely fulfillment of short-term obligations.
Maintain contact with suppliers and prepare data for reporting.
Manage customer Master Data and e-invoices in Navision.
Process price regulations, invoice adjustments, and import files.
Handle customer inquiries and payment disputes.
Post cash transactions and reconcile accounts.
Generate account statements and manage payment reminders.
Communicate professionally with customers and suppliers via email and phone.
COMPETENCES/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Good command of the
English
language
Fluency in
Swedish
Initial experience in
OTC
processes, Customer Setup, Cash Application, or Collections (internships included).
Proficiency in
MS Excel
(lookup formulas, pivot tables).
Ability to work in a dynamic,
international
environment.
