AP/AR Associate 

The AP/AR Associate supports the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions by handling a range of administrative, system-related, and transactional tasks.

Working closely with the AP/AR Senior Associates and broader finance team, the AP/AR Associate ensures timely and accurate processing of financial data, helping maintain the integrity of accounting records and smooth operation of finance processes.

Responsibilities

AP/AR Associate role includes the following responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day accounts payable and receivable processing
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and receipts in the financial system
  • Monitor shared finance mailboxes and distribute queries or documents to the appropriate team members
  • Upload invoices and credit notes into the accounting system and assist with matching against purchase orders or receipts

Support in preparation of reports such as aging reports, open items, and reconciliations

  • Follow up on missing documentation or approvals from internal departments
  • Assist in maintaining vendor and customer master data
  • Archive financial documents in accordance with company policy
  • Help reconcile vendor and customer accounts under supervision
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
  • Any other duties appropriate to the position.
Qualifications
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles (accounts payable/receivable processes)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with financial systems (training will be provided)
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal - Polish and English language.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
