What do you need to join us:
  • You have 2–3+ years of experience in strategic consulting, business valuation, transaction support, M&A (Big4), investment banking, venture capital or in a Strategy & Growth role at a tech company.
  • You are an expert in financial modeling and business analysis.
  • Skilled in company valuation using DCF and Multiples methods.
  • You have experience working with data and conducting market analysis.
  • AI-fluency – you're proficient with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI-powered productivity tools.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and can adapt quickly to change.
  • Your English level - Advanced.
  • Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT).
What will you do:
  • Analyse markets, competitors, and investment opportunities.
  • Prepare financial models, business cases, and presentations for C-level executives.
  • Evaluate potential M&A opportunities and participate in due diligence processes.
  • Build relationships with investors: sourcing contacts, networking, preparing regular investment updates, and maintaining the Virtual Data Room.
  • Identify and analyze new niches for product launches within the R&D center.
  • Support strategic decision-making by preparing analytical reports and recommendations.

This is a full-time position with a hybrid option. It means that we will prefer you to attend office 3-4 times per week.
