Direct Sales Specialist in Dubai

on-site role,
designed for someone who wants to be on the front lines—building a pipeline, forging client relationships, and making real impact from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting
  • Hit and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs
  • Conduct high-volume cold outreach and set up qualified meetings
  • Lead tailored, face-to-face client appointments to pitch our exclusive collection
  • Own the sales process from first contact to final fitting
  • Cultivate long-term relationships and turn clients into brand ambassadors
  • Attend networking events and build your personal referral network
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM to track performance and pipeline
