We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our Core Business Services team in Warsaw, who will support our recruitment processes across various departments: IT, Finance, HR, Marketing, Data&AI. We require experience in corporate recruitment and knowledge of direct sourcing methods.

How you will create an impact:
  • You are responsible for the entire recruiting process, from requirements analysis with the department to sourcing and closing.
  • You advise hiring managers on sustainable recruiting strategies, act as a sparring partner for the stakeholders.
  • You are responsible for attracting candidates and conduct initial video interviews with talents to inspire them to join us.
  • You guide our talents through the entire selection process. From screening incoming applications to extending offers.
  • You are responsible for maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • You are responsible for source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media and networking.
  • You will collaborate with HR team to improve recruitment processes and strategies.


Your profile:
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in an international context or professional services.
  • You communicate persuasively and have fluent English skills.
  • You have good knowledge of MS 365 Office (MS Teams and Outlook as a must).
  • You work independently and in a structured manner, combined with flexibility and organizational talent.
  • You enjoy communicating with internal and external target groups and always act solution-oriented, even in stressful situations.
  • You have strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • You have completed a degree in economics, psychology, human resource management, or a similar field.
