Here in Poland, we are growing a team of experts who combine local know-how with international collaboration. By joining us, you will work closely with our Polish procurement team, while being an integral part of our global procurement community.

• Spend Cube: Track which external costs are incurred in which countries and product groups.
• Savings Tracker: Coordinate international savings projects, monitor figures, ensure data accuracy and provide management reporting.
• Business partner: Act as a sparring partner for Procurement and management teams, helping them focus on projects with the greatest value impact.
• Ad hoc analyses & insights: Provide fact-based answers on cost developments and support decision making.
• Challenge & improve: Review existing cost structures, introduce new approaches and make actionable recommendations.
• Drive efficiency: Develop and enhance tools, data models and automated analyses to increase efficiency.

• A degree in economics, finance, controlling or a comparable qualification.
• Experience with finance/BI tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, SAP FI-CO & MM).
• Experience in cost analysis, controlling or procurement analytics.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
• Drive for process optimization and data-driven decision making.
• Team spirit, strong communication skills and motivation to work in an international environment.
• Very good English skills (spoken & written – min. C1 level) and willingness to travel occasionally.
• Polish language proficiency at minimum B1 level, enabling effective collaboration with local teams and system users.
