Recently, we secured strategic investment led by Bezos Expeditions with participation from Mikhail Parakhin, CTO of Shopify and board advisor to leading GenAI companies, who now serves as our Chairman of the Board. We are seeking an experienced SEO professional with a proven ability to drive measurable organic growth in competitive markets. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of content-driven SEO strategies, technical optimization, and sustainable link-building approaches. This role requires a strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution skills to scale traffic and visibility across AI SaaS and B2B products.

• SEO Strategy & Execution:
  Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies focused on long-term organic growth across US and European markets.
• Keyword Research & Content Planning:
  Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-impact opportunities and shape the content roadmap.
• Content Brief Development:
  Create detailed and structured content briefs for writers, especially for technical and B2B industries, ensuring SEO and user intent alignment.
• Link-Building & Authority Growth:
  Execute sustainable, white-hat link-building strategies aimed at acquiring high-quality backlinks from authoritative domains.
• Technical SEO:
  Audit and optimize site architecture, crawlability, internal linking, page speed, and structured data to maximize organic performance.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
  Track and analyze key SEO KPIs using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog. Translate data insights into actionable improvements.
• Generative AI SEO Integration:
  Develop strategies to leverage Generative AI (GEO) platforms for traffic acquisition and integrate these efforts into the overall SEO plan.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  Work closely with content, product, and engineering teams to ensure technical excellence and strategic SEO alignment.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Stay updated on algorithm updates, AI advancements, and new SEO technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

• Minimum 3 years of proven SEO experience with measurable success in driving organic traffic and rankings.
• At least 2 active projects ranking in top positions on Google US and/or European markets (AI SaaS experience is a strong plus).
• Proven expertise in sustainable link-building and content-led SEO.
• Strong command of keyword research, technical SEO, on-page optimization, and competitive analysis.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and GA4.
• Ability to create detailed, data-driven content briefs for complex B2B industries.
• Analytical mindset with excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with AI-based traffic channels (GEO) and integration into holistic SEO strategies.

• Hands-on experience with AI-driven content generation and optimization tools.
• Understanding of Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies in SaaS.
• Experience in international SEO and localization strategies.
• Knowledge of digital PR and advanced outreach tactics for authoritative backlink acquisition.
• Basic understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and its connection to SEO performance.
• Familiarity with advanced analytics tools (Databox, Amplitude, Looker Studio).
• Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams on technical SEO initiatives
