O&M Asset Manager – 12-month contract fully remote, ~3 days/month travel to Poland

We're looking for an experienced
O&M Asset Manager
to help shape the future of a major offshore wind project. You'll lead our Asset Management function through construction, operational readiness, and the transition to COD.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop the O&M Asset Management team.
  • Set up Performance Management, Offtake, Claims/Warranty, and Contract/Risk processes.
  • Coordinate closely with Construction teams, O&M Contractors, the TSO, and the Offtaker.
  • Ensure operational readiness from First Power to COD, including reporting, forecasting, training, and commercial settlement.
  • Manage contractual compliance, commercial risk, and OPEX inputs.
  • Deliver high-quality reporting to shareholders, lenders, and authorities.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in asset management or technical leadership; offshore wind or major infrastructure preferred.
  • 3–5 years' project management experience ideal.
  • Fluent Polish and English required.
