Technical Asset Manager (HV projects)

We are seeking a Technical Asset Manager to lead and structure the technical asset management processes for portfolio of utility-scale solar PV farms, including HV grid-connected projects. This is a key role focused on optimizing plant performance, ensuring technical compliance, and maximizing energy yield through data-driven analysis and proactive coordination with external O&M partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement technical asset management processes and procedures for solar PV assets (including HV infrastructure).
  • Oversee day-to-day technical performance monitoring using SCADA and other digital tools.
  • Analyze performance data and KPIs to identify underperformance, faults, or optimization opportunities.
  • Coordinate with external O&M providers, ensuring quality, timely issue resolution, and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Lead or support root-cause analyses, performance improvement plans, and reporting.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and lifecycle optimization from a technical standpoint.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, commercial, development teams) to align asset strategy with business goals.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technical operations, asset management, or performance monitoring for solar PV or power generation assets.
  • Solid understanding of SCADA systems, monitoring platforms, and data analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with quantitative and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with external contractors and internal teams.
  • Fluent in English.
