About the role

Our Sales team powers customer growth around the world. From prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own their market segments, solve complex problems, and help more customers discover the value of Revolut with a sharp, solution-oriented approach.

We're looking for a Corporate Onboarding Specialist to streamline and speed up onboarding of new high-value customers. You'll use your problem-solving skills to improve workflows and ensure an excellent customer experience.

What you'll be doing

• Facilitating the onboarding process for high-value corporate clients, ensuring smooth collaboration between Sales and Compliance teams
• Resolving documentation or workflow challenges by leveraging problem-solving skills and coordinating with internal stakeholders
• Enhancing the client experience through clear guidance, timely updates, and support throughout platform setup and account activation

What you'll need

• 1+ years of relevant experience
• The ability to follow workflows accurately
• Fluency in English
• A go-getter, customer-centric attitude
• Emotional resilience and tenacity to see things through
• Excellent communication skills
• Business acumen

Nice to have

• Experience working in a sales environment
