What the day will look like

As a Paralegal in our Krakow team, you will play a key role in supporting our international legal and corporate operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the corporate international team with restructuring projects, entity set-ups, and data collection for the global entity management system (EntityOps 'EO').
• Assisting the Krakow corporate lawyer with the implementation and renewal of all intercompany and transfer-priced agreements.
• Maintaining and updating documentation databases, ensuring all corporate records are accurately organized and securely stored. Collaborating with stakeholders to implement secure and user-friendly document storage solutions.
• Assisting corporate data analysts in running reports from EO as requested by global legal and compliance teams.
• Supporting the Global Secretariat team with requests for global entity charts, creating tailored charts and reports, and obtaining documents from governmental agencies.
• Coordinating with corporate analysts and the Treasury hub in Krakow to support a variety of Know Your Customer (KYC) requests.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with diverse teams
• Proficiency in documentation management and reporting tools
• Excellent communication skills in English
