In this role, you will have the opportunity to expand your HR expertise across a variety of HR administration areas within an international corporation that provides IT solutions to world-renowned clients.

Responsibilities:


• Managing HR administration throughout the entire employment lifecycle, including hiring, employment continuity, and terminations


• Administering employee benefits


• Providing day-to-day HR administration support to employees, PPMs, and Team Leaders


• Conducting HR training sessions for newcomers and current employees


• Cooperating with external vendors (e.g., payroll provider)


• Preparing personnel administration reports


• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee personnel files

Mandatory Skills Description:


• Minimum 2 years of experience in an independent role within an HR department


• Solid knowledge of Polish labor law


• Strong command of English (spoken and written)


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office


• Excellent communication skills


• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures


• Experience in HR administration


• Familiarity with HR applications (e.g., Xpertis, Optima, etc.)

Mode of work:
hybrid 2-3 days/ week from the office
