The role includes support in budgeting, invoicing as well as monitoring of Accounts transactions.Responsibilities:  Data analysis: Conduct thorough data analysis to support Client's decision-making processes. This involves compiling and analysing relevant market data received from the Transaction Managers and consolidating into Client Reports.Financial modelling: Advanced financial skills. Working on various Client financial models – NPV, NER, cost sensitivity analysis.Reporting due diligence: Working closely with Account Lead on regional account reporting, supporting with QBR, budget, TME reportingPresentations: Work with the TMs to prepare various presentations to the Client.Interacting with both - JLL and Client stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.Acting as a point of contact for financial matters for the Client team and internal stakeholders.Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders from various JLL departments.Streamlining communication within the Account and acting as a bridge between Lease Admin department and Transaction ManagersActing as the Subject Matter Expert for JLL team members and the Client.Inspire to think outside the box, promote sharing knowledge and building best practice. Drive improvements execution.   Interact with both with JLL and Client stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and service delivery. Account governance ownership. Monitor processes and team set – up looking for efficiencies and client focused solutions.  Acting as a single point of contact & escalation for the Corporate Client's Real Estate team and internal stakeholders.   Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferable in Finance / Economics / Management / Real Estate.  3-7 years of relevant business environment experience, minimum 3 years' experience in real estate related fields.  Strong knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Power Point, Excel – advanced formulas, and pivot tables, basic VBA would be an asset).  Fluent spoken and written Business English (enabling leading conference calls and business development meetings as well as trainings delivery).  Ability to present complex information in simple way for JLL and Client senior stakeholders and deliver presentations to wider public.  Ability to deliver tasks without supervision, skill to plan, delegate and execute, client focused, open – minded and willing to challenge status quo.  What we offer:Contract of employmentBenefits package (private healthcare, cafeteria system, life insurance)Long-term career growth opportunitiesTraining and development programs to enhance your skillsModern office in an attractive location (Warsaw Spire) near the subway station (hybrid working mode or possibilities to work remotely)Location: Remote –Warsaw, POLIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableJLL Privacy NoticeJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
