Are you a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for user experience and data? We're looking for a Feedback Hub Operations Intern to contribute to our internal Feedback Hub platform. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in service administration, user support, data analysis, and basic front-end development within a collaborative, international te

Key responsibilit**

  • ies:User Advocacy & Support: Become a central point of contact for our user community, addressing inquiries, providing clear guidance, troubleshooting issues, and actively participating in sessions to gather direct user insig
  • hts.Platform Operations & Data Integrity: Take ownership of administrative tasks related to the Feedback Hub, including configuring new products and maintaining high data qual
  • ity.Project Organization & Efficiency: Support general project organization by managing and structuring files, documentation, and resources, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficiency for the entire t
  • eam.Data Analysis & Reporting: Contribute to data analysis, investigating platform performance and user behavior trends. You'll assist in creating compelling reports that translate raw data into actionable insig
