About The Role
We're looking for a curious, ambitious, and people-loving
IT Recruitment Intern
to support our recruitment team. You'll help with sourcing candidates, supporting recruitment processes, and learning the art of IT recruitment in a
friendly, non-corporate environment
.
Our Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Polish & English
- Great communicator, organized, and goal-oriented
- Curious about people & recruitment
- Some experience in research or recruitment is a plus (IT even better)
- Digital-friendly (iOS/macOS/etc.)
- Persistent, patient, and detail-oriented
- Creative & proactive
Scope Of Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Hunt for top IT talent
- Pre-screen candidates & make cold calls
- Verify applications & contact candidates
- Create job posts & update our internal database
- Help with admin tasks in recruitment

- Umowa Zlecenie, 20–30h/week, hybrid (2 days in Warsaw office)
