Data Solution Architect

Szukamy doświadczonego architekta, który wesprze rozwój naszej linii biznesowej Data & AI oraz pomoże nam realizować projekty oparte na danych dla dużych instytucji finansowych. Pracujemy nad budową Customer Data Platform oraz rozwijamy własną Data Platform. To rola dla osoby, która chce łączyć architekturę, technologię, doradztwo i pracę koncepcyjną.

Zakres odpowiedzialności:

W tej roli będziesz projektować rozwiązania Data Platform, planować architekturę warstw danych oraz tworzyć komponenty, które pozwolą nam wielokrotnie wykorzystywać te same wzorce w projektach i produktach. Dużą częścią pracy będzie analiza wymagań i potrzeba umiejętnego przekładania celów biznesowych na konkretne rozwiązania techniczne.

Oczekujemy, że będziesz brać udział w całym cyklu powstawania rozwiązań: od discovery i warsztatów z klientem, przez projektowanie modeli danych, pipelines i integracji, aż po wsparcie zespołów inżynierskich w implementacji. Rolą architekta będzie również aktywny udział w przygotowywaniu koncepcji ofertowych, estymacji i prezentacji rozwiązań podczas spotkań pre-sales.

Jednocześnie chcemy, abyś miał realny wpływ na kształt budowanej Data Platform, zarówno od strony technologicznej, jak i koncepcyjnej.

Wymagane doświadczenie:

Szukamy osoby z doświadczeniem w projektowaniu i wdrażaniu rozwiązań Data lub ML/AI, która potrafi pracować z dużymi wolumenami danych i zna praktyki budowy nowoczesnych środowisk analitycznych. Przydatne będzie doświadczenie z projektami klasy enterprise, najlepiej w sektorze finansowym lub telekomunikacyjnym.

Oczekujemy dobrej znajomości:

  • Python, Java i ekosystemu narzędzi do przetwarzania danych
  • Spark (lub PySpark) oraz architektury przetwarzania rozproszonego
  • SQL i baz danych relacyjnych oraz NoSQL
  • projektowania modeli danych i podejść takich jak Data Lakehouse, Data Vault czy Kimball
  • pipeline'ów danych, orkiestracji i narzędzi typu Airflow
  • systemów streamingowych (Kafka lub alternatywy)
  • praktyk CI/CD dla świata data i ML

Ważna będzie również dobra orientacja w usługach chmurowych. Nie wymagamy bycia ekspertem we wszystkim, ale zależy nam, abyś umiał pracować co najmniej z jedną z dużych platform: AWS, Azure lub GCP. Mile widziana znajomość usług typu BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks, Synapse, Glue, Vertex AI, SageMaker czy Azure ML, a także doświadczenie z narzędziami do wdrażania modeli ML.

Dużą zaletą będzie umiejętność tworzenia high-level architecture diagrams, decision records, dokumentacji koncepcyjnych oraz prowadzenia rozmów zarówno z zespołem technicznym, jak i klientem biznesowym.
