As a Customer Care Representative with Swedish you will deliver outstanding service to our customers in Sweden and other Nordic countries, in line with Hempel's vision and values. This is an exciting opportunity to join Hempel and grow within a global organization.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing end-to-end sales order in the ERP system (e.g. facilitation of on-time delivery, product substitutions and invoicing)
  • Handling return order process and drive resolution of non-technical customer complaints.
  • Supporting customer inquiries (e.g. quotations order placement, tracking, delivery status updates, product information).
  • Act as the primary point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Technical Services).
  • Ensure data accuracy in invoicing, sales orders, and credit/debit notes processing .
  • Building strong collaboration with the commercial organization on orders.

What do you need to have?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Order Management, Logistics, Customer Service or similar role.
  • Very good English and Swedish language proficiency (B2 level or higher).
  • Working experience with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP or similar).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel) .
  • Highly motivated and proactive approach.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work under time pressure.
  • Open-minded team player, able to work independently when needed.
