Your Role
We are seeking a results-driven Account & Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth in the Central and Eastern European (CEE) market, specifically focusing on Poland, the Czech Republic, Eastern Europe and Baltic countries. 
The role involves a strategic balance of recruiting and growing key machine builders, integrators and OEM accounts while actively driving new end-user (manufacturers) business through strategic prospecting and sales initiatives.
Your Main Responsibilities
● Business Development: identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities and develop the partners network within the designated territory
● Key Account Management: nurture and expand relationships with existing and newkey accounts
● Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy and action plan to achieve sales targets
● Negotiation & Closing: lead contract negotiations, prepare proposals, and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and legal compliance.
● Market Intelligence: Serve as the regional expert, monitor market trends, and customer needs to inform product and sales strategies.
● Reporting: maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline information, activities, and forecasts in the CRM system.
Your Profile
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field, and have confirmed experience (3 to 5 years) in a similar role, ideally in automation, robotics or related industrial technology sector.
Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Polish, Czech and German is a significant advantage for daily client communication.
Your Technical Skills:
● Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for B2B executives
● Proficient user of CRM software for pipeline management and accurate forecasting  ● Proven success in managing and growing relationships with large industrial customers  ● Technical knowledge of robots or automation systems
● Proven understanding of the Eastern Europe business environment and cultural nuances is highly desirable
● Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
Job Conditions
Full-time permanent remote position, to be filled as soon as possible  Compensation based on profile and experience. This is a commission based position.
Requires living in Eastern Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Germany) and having a valid work permit
