Our client is an French industrial manufacturer specializing in custom-engineered plastic and thermoformed components is expanding its presence across Central & Eastern Europe.

To support this growth, the company is looking for a Technical Sales Manager – Eastern Europe, Based in Poland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage industrial accounts requiring
    custom plastic or thermoformed technical parts
    .
  • Prospect new markets across Eastern Europe and identify high-value technical opportunities.
  • Understand customer specifications, drawings, materials (plastics, composites) and manufacturing constraints.
  • Work closely with engineering, quality, and project teams to develop tailored technical solutions.
  • Lead negotiations, prepare offers, and secure long-term contracts with industrial, medical and food-processing customers.
  • Ensure technical feasibility, support quotation processes, and follow project development until industrialization.

    Poland (close to an international airport)
  • Compensation:
    Attractive base salary depending on experience + performance bonus
  • Travel:
    Frequent travel across Europe (overnights required)

Candidate Profile

  • Technical background preferred: plastics engineering, materials science, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or similar.
  • Proven experience in B2B technical sales, ideally with plastic components, thermoformed parts, mechanical assemblies, or custom-made technical products.
  • Ability to read and discuss technical drawings, tolerances, materials, industrial processes with customers and internal experts.
  • Strong understanding of industrial B2B environments (medical devices, machinery, food-processing equipment, OEMs, etc.).
  • Fluent English and Polish required. French is a strong advantage but not required.
  • Autonomous hunter profile, structured, capable of driving technical discussions and building long-term partnerships.
