, microfinance institutions, and fintechs across Africa, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
We are expanding in Europe and looking for a
highly driven Sales Development Representative
(SDR) to help grow our presence in Poland and Central/Eastern Europe (CEE).
This role is ideal for someone energetic, structured, and motivated by outreach, meeting generation, and developing relationships with financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify prospects across banks, credit unions, microfinance institutions, and fintechs in CEE.
Generate outbound leads (email, LinkedIn, calls) and book meetings.
Conduct market research and map financial institutions in the region.
Coordinate and prepare online demos for prospects.
Support in-person visits to banks across Poland and neighboring countries (CZ, SK, DE, AT, HU).
Participate in regional fintech/regtech events where needed.
Profile We Are Looking For
Experience in SDR, BDR, B2B sales, or outbound lead generation.
Comfortable reaching out to financial decision-makers (Risk, Compliance, IT, COO).
Excellent communication skills — English required.
High energy, proactive, motivated by targets and KPIs.
Understanding of fintech, SaaS, data, compliance, or financial regulations is a plus.
Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and cross-border trips.
Based in Wrocław Metropolitan Area (preferred), or Kraków / Warsaw / Poznań.
