OPES Software is a
fast-growing RegTech SaaS
company that automates
FATCA/CRS
due diligence, regulatory reporting, sanctions/PEP screening, and digital compliance workflows for
banks
, microfinance institutions, and fintechs across Africa, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

We are expanding in Europe and looking for a
highly driven Sales Development Representative
(SDR) to help grow our presence in Poland and Central/Eastern Europe (CEE).

This role is ideal for someone energetic, structured, and motivated by outreach, meeting generation, and developing relationships with financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify prospects across banks, credit unions, microfinance institutions, and fintechs in CEE.

  • Generate outbound leads (email, LinkedIn, calls) and book meetings.

  • Conduct market research and map financial institutions in the region.

  • Coordinate and prepare online demos for prospects.

  • Support in-person visits to banks across Poland and neighboring countries (CZ, SK, DE, AT, HU).

  • Participate in regional fintech/regtech events where needed.

Profile We Are Looking For

Experience in SDR, BDR, B2B sales, or outbound lead generation.

Comfortable reaching out to financial decision-makers (Risk, Compliance, IT, COO).

Excellent communication skills — English required.

High energy, proactive, motivated by targets and KPIs.

Understanding of fintech, SaaS, data, compliance, or financial regulations is a plus.

Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and cross-border trips.

Based in Wrocław Metropolitan Area (preferred), or Kraków / Warsaw / Poznań.
