About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Business Development Manager (Products & Solutions – Security)
to join our team in Poland. This role focuses on driving growth in key areas such as Access Control, Entrance Control, CCTV, and related security solutions.
As part of our expansion in the Polish Security Market, you will play a critical role in identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that address industry needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the Polish Security Sector.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Leverage existing industry networks to generate leads and build trust.
- Manage the full sales cycle: from opportunity tracking and forecasting to deal closure.
- Lead contract negotiations ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing) to ensure successful solution delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales/business development within the Security Market (Access Control, Entrance Control, CCTV).
- In-depth knowledge of the Polish Security Industry and its specific requirements.
- Minimum 3 years of commercial experience with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Previous experience selling Access Control solutions is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
- Strong ability to build long-term business relationships.
- Technical understanding of security systems and solutions.
- Results-driven, with a demonstrated history of driving business growth.
- Fluency in Polish & English.
