Poland
— a rapidly growing destination for medical travel — and are looking for an experienced
Business Development Manager
to strengthen our local network of partner clinics and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a
    market expansion strategy
    tailored to the Polish healthcare sector and our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Extend partnership network in Poland via
    outreach and onboarding
    activities — including calls, meetings, and digital communications .
  • Manage and update the
    CRM system
    in accordance with company standards, ensuring all partner data and communication details are properly recorded.
  • Design and continuously improve a
    scalable sales funnel
    to attract and convert new clinic partners.
  • Build and maintain
    long-term relationships
    with existing partners, ensuring their satisfaction, engagement, and growth on the platform.
  • Collaborate with partners to
    identify marketing and visibility opportunities
    to enhance their performance on
  • Act as the
    primary point of contact
    for Polish partners, ensuring clear communication and ongoing support.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in
    business development, B2B sales, or partnership management
    , ideally in healthcare, SaaS, or marketplace environments.
  • Knowledge of
    Polish healthcare or medical services market
    is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent research and negotiation skills with a data-driven and strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency with
    modern B2B sales tools
    (LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, , etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build trust and maintain professional relationships.
  • Fluent in Polish and English
    (both spoken and written).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working remotely in an international environment.
