Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the 
    product roadmap
     for international markets
  • Oversee the full 
    player lifecycle
    : activation, deposits, retention, LTV
  • Conduct 
    A/B testing
    , validate product hypotheses, optimize conversions
  • Monitor 
    market trends
     and implement relevant product solutions
  • Localize
     product features based on market-specific requirements and cultural insights
  • Collaborate with Data Analytics to define and build 
    dashboards and reports
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, CRM, Risk/Payments, Compliance
  • Analyze user behavior and 
    product usage patterns
  • Monitor key 
    performance metrics
     and identify growth opportunities
  • Develop content and offer strategies tailored to 
    user goals and geo-specific needs

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in 
    iGaming or online casino
     industry
  • Proficiency with: 
    Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau, Power BI
  • Hands-on experience with 
    Google Tag Manager
  • Familiarity with project management tools: 
    Jira, Asana, Trello
    , or similar
  • Experience working with 
    CRM systems
     and marketing automation platforms
  • Understanding of 
    platform architecture
     and 
    API integrations
  • Strong 
    analytical and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive strategic initiatives
  • High level of 
    ownership, initiative
    , and result-oriented mindset

Key Metrics & KPIs:

  • GGR / NGR
  • LTV / ARPU, average deposit, average check
  • CAC, LTV/CAC ratio
  • Funnel conversion rates, retention rate, churn
  • DAU / MAU, RPR, stickiness
  • Marketing ROI, bonus effectiveness (uplift, bonus cost, breakage)
  • Session time, user engagement
