YOUR TASKS

  • Handling the customer's requests (via mail, telephone, tickets) and translating them into the ticketing system (creation of incidents / requests).
  • You will manage the follow-up of cases and ensure the update of documentation
  • You will take care of customer systems and infrastructure by monitoring them using monitoring tool and by contacting appropriate technical teams

YOUR PROFILE

  • Very good verbal and written French language
  • English at a communicative level
  • Customer - focused attitude
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • IT basics

It's not essential, but we appreciate if you also have:

  • Customer support experience
