IDAM InfraOPS and 2nd line management

Job Description
Division: CISO
As the manager of IDAM Infra OPS and 2nd Line support, you will manage the engineering team responsible for maintaining and operating IDAM infrastructure (CyberArk, SailPoint, etc) and will be responsible for all related IT services and processes. This includes product ownership, life cycle management for the products we manage, organizing watch duty and organize the team as a squad leader and scrum master. Working with new market leading technologies, you will play a proactive role in protecting service availability of IDAM tribe, reducing cyber and compliance risk for the company.

Your Responsibilities & Duties

• Management and success of a geographically dispersed team
• Owning the platforms and infrastructure of IDAM tribe, manage vendor relationships and perform service reviews with the vendors
• Maximizing the Squad's ability to deliver Sprint goals, contributing to the service availability of the tribe and business benefits
• Squad level agile ceremonies and driving Squad value with integrity, consistency, and effectiveness (Daily Stand Ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Demos, Sprint Reviews …)
• Organizing the watch duty for IDAM Tribe
• Supporting the Squad to live the following values: productivity, quality, transparency, openness, and incremental improvement
• Identify, track, removal, and escalation of blockers at Squad level to maintain both pace and flow of value delivery.
• Own and manage Squad risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Protect the Squad so that they can remain focused on the Sprint goals.
• Manage intra-Squad dependencies with the other Squad Leads within the Tribe
• Provide relevant input to support each Squad member's development and performance needs.

Your Qualifications

• A university degree, preferably in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or Finance
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management principals and technologies (CyberArk and SailPoint)
• A quality and security driven as well as a critical mindset.
• Effective communication skills – fluency in English
• Eagerness to learn and ability to perform tasks independently.
• A team mentality
• Ability to analyse day to day problems and struggles and help identifying continuous improvement areas.
• Experience in ServiceNow as a ticketing tool (preferred, not necessary)
