Interim HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced
HR Manager
to support a production company undergoing organizational change. This is a 6‑month assignment at 50% capacity (with possible full-time continuation), with flexibility to work in the office (Stryków, near Łódź) 2-3 days per week or 4 hours daily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a full HR audit, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
- Interview staff across all levels to understand issues and build trust.
- Develop short‑term and medium‑term HR action plans to improve culture and performance.
- Provide leadership in change management.
- Report findings and recommendations directly to senior management.
Requirements:
- Senior HR professional with 7-8+ years of experience.
- Strong background in production environments (manufacturing, or similar).
- Proven track record in change management or handling complex organizational challenges.
- Ability to listen, analyze, and act decisively in difficult situations.
- Open to different cooperation models:
- HR company offering services,
- HR freelancer managing multiple clients,
- Experienced professional seeking an interim assignment.
