Senior Consultant with years of experience as an HR Business Partner driving strategic HR initiatives and fostering strong business partnerships

Job Description

Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders aligning HR strategies with organizational goals Leverage deep expertise in HR policies labor laws and compliance to ensure risk mitigation across geographies Provide expert guidance on employee lifecycle management including onboarding performance management and exit processes Design and implement tailored HR programs that enhance employee engagement retention and organizational culture Utilize strong analytical skills to conduct attrition analysis and present actionable insights to leadership Collaborate with crossfunctional and global teams to support diverse workforce needs in a matrixed environment Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and policies to meet evolving business needs and regulatory requirements Act as a change agent supporting organizational transformation and leadership development initiatives

Roles and Responsibilities

Partner with senior leadership to translate business objectives into effective HR strategies Lead the rollout of HR initiatives from Centers of Excellence and customize interventions for business units Oversee compliance with local labor laws cultural nuances and global HR standards to minimize legal risks Manage employee relations including grievance resolution and fostering a positive work environment Coach managers and leaders on talent management leadership practices and organizational change Facilitate employee engagement programs rewards and recognition initiatives to drive morale Prepare documentation for audits maintain HR dashboards reports and ensure timely completion of PMS and pay planning processes Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across multiple levels and locations acting as an employee champion
