Nasze wymagania:
- Wykształcenie wyższe informatyczne lub pokrewne, studenci/absolwenci na ostatnim roku studiów mile widziani;
- Znajomość SQL, bazy Oracle, MSSQL;
- Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia;
- Podejmowanie inicjatywy przy realizowanych zadaniach oraz odpowiedzialność za rezultat;
- Komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego.
Twój zakres obowiązków:
- Monitoring usług świadczonych przez Grupę ITCARD: w tym aplikacji i systemów, infrastruktury i sieci również w zakresie bezpieczeństwa;
- Przeprowadzanie analizy, oceny oraz badanie ostrzeżeń i błędów generowanych przez systemy IT, aplikacje i elementy infrastruktury;
- Obsługa awarii oraz koordynowanie procesu ich usuwania, a także skutków jakie powstały;
- Wykonywanie, monitorowanie oraz koordynowanie prac utrzymaniowych;
- Monitorowanie oraz raportowanie SLA;
- Obsługa systemów produkcyjnych i testowych na poziomie operatora;
- Zarządzanie bazą zasobów IT (Asset Management).
