For our Client, an international company from the SSC/BPO sector, we are looking for candidates interested in the position of:

Learning Administrator with French and Spanish

Work location: Wrocław, hybrid

Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and administering training programs for employees across Europe

  • Managing training schedules and the remote organization of employee training, including logistics

  • Supporting the development of training materials and reports

  • Monitoring training sessions and entering them into the system (data archiving)

  • Cooperating with internal teams and business partners to ensure high-quality training support

  • Cooperating with training companies and trainers

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of English, Spanish, and French at B2/C1 level - mandatory

  • Knowledge of Polish at B2+ level - nice to have

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-changing environment

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Experience in administration, training organization, events, or similar – nice to have
