Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Mendix Low-Code Specialist with a strong background in Application Management or Technical Support. You will join a long-term project for an End Client within the global Automotive sector (a major component supplier). Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the continuity and development of critical business applications built on the Mendix platform. We offer a stable B2B contract, 100% remote work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Application Management: managing and maintaining critical business applications built on the Mendix platform.
  • Technical Support: independent technical troubleshooting and handling of incidents (2nd-level support) related to Low-Code applications.
  • Business Interface: maintaining a basic understanding of business processes supported by Mendix and acting as the operational interface to business stakeholders.
  • Compliance & ITSM: working within established IT Service Management (ITIL) processes and ensuring compliance with corporate policies, confidentiality, and data protection standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with the Mendix platform or similar leading low-code platforms.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT Service Management or Application Management within complex enterprise environments.
  • Practical knowledge of ITIL methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Fluent English proficiency (both written and spoken) is a mandatory condition for working in this international environment.
  • Strong communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
