Team Intro
The Brand Partnerships Team focuses on driving TikTok's growth across the region, ensuring the platform remains visible, competitive, and innovative in the market. Our Central Europe Sales Team is a dynamic group dedicated to achieving ambitious revenue targets. The team works closely with partners, leading clients, and marketers to maximize sales potential and expand our business. Joining the team means being part of a collaborative environment where expertise, creativity, and commitment directly contribute to TikTok's success in the region.
Developing a comprehensive sales strategy for a managed portfolio and onboarding new business
Driving revenue growth initiatives to achieve sales targets and successfully manage the book of business
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and business partners
Working along with a peer Client Solutions Manager to build short term and long term account plans
Regularly reviewing key accounts performance, preparing and presenting regular business reviews
Gathering and analyzing customer insights and business intelligence to review sales strategy and tactics
Collaborating cross functionally to ensure improvement for product, process and key partnership relationships
Playing an instrumental role in the external narrative of TikTok on the market and staying up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and technological advancements
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Strong sales skills and proven ability to work with external managers
Experience in the Central European advertising markets, working with direct clients and media agencies
Business and commercial acumen as well as understanding of brand and performance objectives
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals, preferably with complex multi-partnerships clients
Experience in analysing data driving conclusions and delivering recommendations
Self-starter, fast learner with strong autonomous skills of work
Fluency in English and Polish.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience of working in one or more of the following industries: media & entertainment, streaming services, broadcasters, travel, automotive
Understanding business goals and the landscape of respective verticals in CE
Experienced in working on branding and performance campaigns
