Dołącz do zespołu wspierającego rozwój i utrzymanie aplikacji klienckich (w tym mobilnych) w ramach obszaru Omnichannel. Projekt skupia się na zapewnieniu sprawnego obiegu dokumentów finansowych, wsparciu w procesach zakupowych i budżetowych oraz na administracyjnym wsparciu działań projektowych realizowanych przez zespoły IT i biznesowe.
To długoterminowa współpraca w środowisku nastawionym na cyfrową transformację, automatyzację procesów i rozwój doświadczeń klienta końcowego.
Customer Journey Specialist / PMO Support
Twój zakres obowiązków
- Wsparcie operacyjne zespołu projektowego w codziennych zadaniach administracyjnych.
- Obsługa procesów finansowych (faktury, rozliczenia, wnioski finansowe, przenoszenie faktur na majątek).
- Pomoc w planowaniu budżetu oraz ewidencji wydatków projektowych.
- Współpraca z dostawcami i działami zakupowymi w zakresie zamówień.
- Udział w koordynacji i aktualizacji rejestru ryzyk w jednostce (możliwość przyuczenia).
- Inwentaryzacja sprzętu i zasobów wykorzystywanych w projektach.
Nasze wymagania
- Doświadczenie w pracy operacyjnej w zespole projektowym, zwłaszcza w obszarze finansów i budżetowania.
- Praktyczna znajomość procesów zakupowych i rozliczeń.
- Bardzo dobra znajomość MS Excel (raporty, zestawienia, formuły).
- Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie minimum B2.
- Umiejętność pracy z dokumentacją i dbałość o jej kompletność.
- Samodzielność, skrupulatność i odpowiedzialność.
- Doświadczenie w pracy z systemami SAP, SharePoint lub innymi systemami obiegu dokumentów i faktur.
- Znajomość narzędzi JIRA/Confluence.
- Doświadczenie w pracy w dużych organizacjach korporacyjnych.
- Zainteresowanie rozwojem w kierunku PMO, analizy biznesowej lub zarządzania procesami.
