We are looking for Collection Specialist, who will be responsible for settling negative balance. We have many hardworking and dedicated peers, that would love for you to work with them. We are committed to continuous improvement. We are always looking for new and innovative ways to improve quality, build excellent solutions and grow customer happiness We are looking for an organized, innovative, process-driven colleague to join our international team based in our office in Warsaw.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Collection, customer contact, internal cooperation and reporting for the minus balance
• Minus balance queue monitoring
• Contacting customers to establish promise of payment
• Payments booking
• Cooperation for Sales, Chargeback, Risk, Fraud and Customer Service teams to achieve best possible results
• Excel reporting and creation of working reports

• Very good verbal and written business communication skills in English (additional language will be an asset)
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel

• Team player with self-discipline and ability to work on his/her own
• Proactive approach, always looking to improve current processes
• Comfortable working with targets and deadlines
