Job Title: Health Care Compliance Process Specialist

Location: Hybrid – Based in Warsaw, Poland

Contract Type: 12-Month Fixed-Term

Role Overview

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Process Specialist to manage Health Care Compliance (HCC) workflows and transparency reporting across multiple international markets.

This role involves supporting interactions with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and Government Officials, ensuring full compliance with internal procedures and external regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Interaction Support

  • Record and manage interaction data in compliance systems
  • Maintain accurate records for Eye Care Professionals
  • Review documentation and requests against HCC standard operating procedures
  • Escalate exceptions and report deviations as needed
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather missing or additional information
  • Approve or decline requests based on compliance criteria and communicate outcomes
  • Prepare contracts using approved templates and ensure timely signature collection

Post-Interaction Support

  • Collect and assess proof of service documentation
  • Follow up with stakeholders to complete post-event records
  • Initiate purchase orders and payment processes
  • Execute transparency reporting in designated countries (e.g., Saudi Arabia, Turkey, France)
  • Reconcile and close requests in a timely and compliant manner
