Description
We are looking for an
Accountant
to join our Finance team in Szczecin. The main goal of this role is to ensure accurate and compliant financial documentation in accordance with accounting regulations, and to support internal and external financial processes through tasks such as document verification, transaction posting, and balance reconciliation.

Your Qualifications

  • University degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, or Accounting
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and current financial regulations
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate accounting
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to organize work independently and manage time effectively
  • English language proficiency at B1 level or higher
  • Familiarity with BC365 system will be an asset

Your Role

  • Initial review of financial and business documents for compliance, completeness, and accuracy
  • Posting of transactions related to day-to-day operations (revenues, costs, accruals, bank statements)
  • Confirming and reconciling balances and settlements with counterparties
  • Preparing regular payments in the banking system
  • Settling and posting year-end closing operations
  • Supporting the preparation of tax declarations, financial statements, and both monthly and annual reports for internal and external purposes
  • Day-to-day support for the accounting team
  • Maintaining contact with foreign accounting offices
  • Working with the BC365 system
