During your
first rotation
you will drive the
Allegro DTC strategic Transformation
and during your
second rotation
you will delve into the
Retail Media Networks & Technologies Strategization
.

You'll be instrumental in shaping the future of our retail media initiatives, from online networks to innovative offline solutions. Dive deep into data analysis to create robust ROI benchmarks, launch incremental media solutions, and collaborate cross-functionally with our Media, Marketing, eCommerce, and Controlling teams. This role is your gateway to understanding and influencing L'Oréal's e-commerce strategy and becoming a
future eKAM or Activation Manager.

What You'll Do & Learn
As a
SeedZ Retail Media Management Trainee
, you will gain hands-on experience and learn from industry experts by:

  • Supporting Strategic Development: Assist in the strategic development and implementation of Retail Media Networks, encompassing both online and offline channels.
  • Implementing New Solutions: Participate actively in the implementation and testing of cutting-edge retail media solutions across various divisions.
  • Conducting Performance Analysis: Analyze historical results of retail media activities to establish crucial benchmarks for ROI, ROAS, and iROAS, providing actionable insights.
  • Launching Incremental Media: Contribute to the launch of incremental media solutions, ensuring they are perfectly aligned with L'Oréal's overarching e-commerce strategy.
  • Fostering Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Media, Marketing, eCommerce, and Controlling teams to ensure seamless execution, share learnings, and drive scalability.
  • Analyzing Market & Competitors: Assist in comprehensive competitor benchmarking and market analysis specifically for our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) strategies.
  • Preparing Stakeholder Reports: Prepare compelling presentations and reports to communicate project progress and key findings to internal stakeholders.
  • Optimizing Campaign Performance: Contribute to the continuous optimization of campaign performance by leveraging analytical insights and data-driven decisions.

Who We're Looking For

  • A student or recent graduate currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Digital, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
  • A driven individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively with data (familiarity with Excel/Power BI or similar tools is a plus).
  • Demonstrates a keen interest in digital marketing, retail media, e-commerce, and new technologies.
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn, with a strong willingness to take ownership of projects.
  • Possesses good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Polish is a significant asset.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and fundamental digital advertising concepts.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • A problem-solving mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
