What You'll Do & Learn:

As a CDMO trainee, you will gain hands-on experience and learn from industry experts by:

• Supporting Digital Transformation: Assist in various initiatives across L'Oréal's diverse brand portfolio, contributing to our multi-brand digital strategy.
• Contributing to Advocacy Projects:

o Help implement influencer marketing and PR campaigns to amplify brand stories.

o Contribute to building and engaging a community of creators.

o Participate actively in innovative projects like development of influencer mobile app and campaign simulator, gaining exposure to strategy and data analysis.

• Assisting in Data-Driven Experiences:

o Learn about leveraging 1st-party (1P) data for consumer relationship management (CRM).

o Support initiatives to maximize consumer lifetime value through data acquisition and activation.

o Contribute to the OneConsumer program, helping to optimize data ecosystems and foster cross-functional data collaboration.

Who We're Looking For:

• A driven individual with a strong interest in digital marketing, data analytics, and the beauty sector.
• Eager to learn and develop skills in project management, digital platform management, and data analysis.
• Proactive, collaborative, and possess a creative and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ready to contribute to a dynamic team.
• Creative & curious mindset with passion for social media trends and innovations.
• Education: You're currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Languages: Proficiency in English and Polish is required; additional languages are a plus.
