Your 12-month journey will be structured into
two
impactful rotations: six months dedicated to
Accounting and Tax
and another six months focused on the
Invoice Processing
. Here's What You'll Be Working On

• Drive Transformation Projects (E-Invoicing and CIT-JPK projects): Actively participate in and support key financial transformation projects from conceptualization to implementation, enhancing L'Oréal's financial backbone.
• Optimizing accounting and tax processes through identifying, proposing, and documenting automation and improvements to enhance efficiency and financial control.
• Lead 'Open Items Analysis & Clearing' Project: Dedicated analysis and clearing of open items on both Invoice Processing and Payment Factory sides
• Drive Process Improvement & Optimization: Identify, propose, and document enhancements to the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, ensuring operational efficiency and contributing to improved financial controls.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with various departments and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, gather requirements, facilitate change management, and ensure project success.
• Contribute to Digital Transformation: Assist in the deployment of new financial tools, systems, and methodologies, particularly in the area of digitalization of accounting and tax, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
• Leverage Data for Insights: Enhance the use of existing, AI-powered analytical reports and dashboards to monitor financial performance, derive insights, and improve tool adoption among finance teams.

You Are The Perfect Match If You Have/are

• Fluent in Polish and very good English Skills
• A recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting
• Strong accounting knowledge
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrated interest in process improvement, digital transformation, and project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly.
• Proficiency in Ms Office (especially Microsoft Excel) and SAP
• A proactive, agile, and curious mindset, eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
