Responsibilities

  1. Operational Leadership

Overseeing daily operations of four functional teams: Logistics, Diagnostics, Warehouse, and Repair.

Ensuring smooth collaboration and communication between teams to maintain efficient workflow and timely order processing.

Planning and coordinating workload distribution based on priorities, capacity, and expected turnaround times.

Implementing and maintaining standardized work procedures and best practices across operations.

  1. Team Management & Development

Leading, mentoring, and developing team leaders and technicians across all departments.

Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing coaching and feedback.

Organizing training and knowledge-sharing sessions to maintain high technical and procedural standards.

Supporting a positive, accountable, and collaborative work culture.

  1. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

Monitoring operational efficiency and identifying bottlenecks, risks, and improvement areas.

Introducing process enhancements to improve productivity, lead time, or repair quality.

Implementing corrective actions in case of deviation from KPIs, SLAs, or quality targets.

Supporting automation and digitalization initiatives related to repair and logistics operations.

  1. Performance & Reporting

Establishing, monitoring, and reporting KPIs for team performance, process efficiency, and repair quality.

Preparing regular operational reports for senior management.

Ensuring accurate documentation and data flow across all systems.

  1. Quality & Compliance

Ensuring adherence to safety, ESD, and quality control standards in all work areas.

Overseeing correct handling, documentation, and tracking of parts, devices, and warranties.

Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and industry best practices.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in operations management, preferably in electronics service, logistics, or production environments.

Leadership background: Proven experience leading multi-functional teams or managing team leaders.

Education: Degree in logistics, management, industrial engineering, or related field (preferred).

Process expertise: Strong understanding of warehouse operations, diagnostics workflows, repair processes, and supply chain coordination.

Performance management: Ability to set targets, work with KPIs/SLA metrics, and analyze operational data.

English proficiency: C1 level for communication with internal and external partners.

Analytical mindset: Ability to diagnose issues and implement process improvements.

System knowledge: Experience with ERP/WMS systems and daily operational tools (Excel, documentation systems).

Interpersonal skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-management skills.

Work ethic: High responsibility, ownership of outcomes, and commitment to quality.
