We're currently looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to strengthen our marketing team. You'll work closely with the Demand Generation Lead to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive leads and growth for our product.

This role focuses on managing Google Ads campaigns across the Polish and Romanian markets.
At the core of our Google Ads account are Search campaigns, but we're also using PMAX and Demand Gen campaigns to reach wider audiences. Our account is structured around the stages of the marketing funnel and is optimized primarily for MQLs.

We're looking for people who are not looking to copy what everyone else is doing, but are open to testing new things and implementing "out-of-the-box" marketing tactics.

Your Key Tasks Will Be

  • Run and optimize Google Ads campaigns for the Polish and Romanian markets, focused on lead generation and awareness for our CRM product.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign ROI.
  • Collaborate with the Demand Generation Lead on campaign strategy, ideation, testing (A/B), and funnel optimization.
  • Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROAS and ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Coordinate creative assets with our marketing and content teams to ensure consistent, high-quality ad materials and landing pages.
  • Prepare regular reports and insights using GA4, Looker Studio, and other analytics tools.

KPIs you'll own

  • Number of MQLs generated from outbound prospecting
  • Conversion rate from MQL → SAL
  • Sequence effectiveness (reply & booking rate)
  • CRM hygiene: completeness and accuracy of data

About you

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing - ideally in B2B SaaS or lead generation environments.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads — hands-on experience with Google Ads is a must; Bing Ads is a nice bonus.
  • Analytical mindset – comfortable working with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio. Bonus points if you worked with Metabase, or Livespace before
  • Strategic thinking – ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing improvements.
  • Self-driven and organized – able to manage your workload independently and take ownership of your results in a remote, part-time setup.
  • Language skills: fluent Polish and good English (written and spoken). Romanian not needed
